    The One Mass

    After several meetings with his priests, Mons Romero decided to suspend the Sunday Masses on the 20th of March throughout the Diocese and celebrate one Mass in the Cathedral as a sign of unity, grief and protest for the assassination of Fr. Grande.

    Archbishop Romero has taken part in the solemn devotional procession where an image of the dead Christ is carried through the streets. This procession gives the context and provides the starting point for his reflection.
