National Day for Archbishop Romero

On March 4, 2010, the Legislative Assembly
of El Salvador, passed with 56 votes, Resolution #294 which declares:
"...that the 24th of March of every year shall be known as the "NATIONAL
DAY OF MONSEÑOR OSCAR ARNULFO ROMERO GALDÁMEZ" because of his pastoral
work and the message of hope in daily life that he brought to the
Salvadorean people."
